The Grand Central Oyster Bar is an iconic seafood restaurant that first opened its doors in 1913, and holds a distinguished place in New York City’s rich history. Recognized as a New York City landmark, the Oyster Bar boasts an amazing atmosphere and timeless setting, inviting the public to savor its historical charm while relishing the finest and most fresh food in all of New York City. I was asked to rebrand this iconic restaurant that is lacking in design as well as produce a cohesive brand system.
